There is a reason our banquet hall is called Emily’s. Emily was the owner’s niece, his sister’s daughter. She passed away when she was young, before she had the chance to experience many of the milestones her family would have loved to celebrate with her. One of those was her quinceañera. She never got to have that day.
When Emily’s Banquet Hall was established in December 2014, her name became part of the business. What began as a deeply personal tribute also shaped the kind of place the family wanted to create: somewhere other families could come together for the celebrations and milestones that should never be taken for granted.
